But 2022 is likely to be the best year for the $SOL investors. The Solana team is planning many developments, including mainnet upgrades to increase protocol speed.

With a 400,000 tps demand, the team plans to improve the Solana network for higher speed, cheaper transactions, and better security. The Solana team is also working on attracting more projects to the network in 2022. All these developments will have a massive effect on the $SOL and might push it to a new ETH.

Among the major things that will be happening at Cardano is the launch of the new protocol called Hydra. The protocol was developed in 2022 with the aim of addressing low throughput, security, and user experience.

Hydra is a layer-2 scalability solution that will improve the Cardano network’s transactions speed. The Cardano team is promising more dApdd on the mainnet, and already, SundaeSwap and MuesliSwap dApps have confirmed to launch soon. So there is a lot coming up that will make Cardano a better blockchain ecosystem in 2022.
